Let’s make it a night to remember!

The Forget Me Not Gala began in 2023 as a heartfelt initiative by Jennifer Valenzuela, inspired by her beloved Abuela, who was affected by Alzheimer’s disease. 

Witnessing her grandmother’s journey and the challenges faced by caregivers, it inspired Jennifer to create an event that could bring people together and make a meaningful difference.

After four incredible years, we are proud to be entering our 5th year in 2027. What began as a personal tribute has grown into an impactful annual event, bringing together caring individuals who share a commitment to supporting the Alzheimer Society of Ontario. 

Through the generosity of our guests and supporters, the Gala helps provide essential resources, support, and hope to individuals and families affected by dementia.

More than a fundraiser, the Forget Me Not Gala is an evening of celebration, remembrance, and community—honouring those living with dementia, remembering those we have lost, and recognizing the incredible caregivers who give so much every day.

With live entertainment, great food and drinks, dancing, and exciting prizes, we look forward to celebrating this special milestone together.
